Download Not Finishing
This page helps deal with your download of MicLightsetup not finishing.
If this is not the issue you are looking to solve try this page:
Step 1
So the download hasn't finished.
Go to the top right of the webpage
Click on the arrow shown in the image to open
The list of downloaded files.
Step 2
If your download is showing paused or stopped attempt to resume or right click on it. This may reveal an error warning for which you can click download anyway.
If you've done this check where your downloads end up. Try searching for the Miclight
