Warranty

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: we at Brighter Devices Ltd offer a 30 day refund period not including the warranty period the terms for which are outlined below.

Warranty Period

Brighter Devices Ltd warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. And offers paid repairs after this point.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Component failures under normal use

  • Defective materials

What's NOT Covered

  • Damage from misuse or abuse

  • Connection to non-approved power sources (mains, chargers, etc.)

  • Physical damage from drops or impacts

  • Liquid damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Lost or stolen items

Making a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact customer support with proof of purchase

  2. Describe the issue and provide photos if requested

  3. Return device if instructed (RMA number will be provided)

  4. We will repair or replace at our discretion

  5. If during diagnosis cause of issue is determined to be due to any of the "What's NOT Covered" section we will still offer our paid repair service and will contact you with details.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.
