The Mic Light requires driver software to be installed on your connected PC.

This driver enables communication between your computer and the Mic Light.
​
We strongly advise you follow the step by step instructions in the "installation instructions page".
However, if you are very experienced with computers you can download directly from windows download button below. Please note you must extract the file before running the setup file and you must install as an administrator for the code to work. If you do not install as an administrator the code will install but will NOT work properly. (download only visible on web version do not download on phone).

Basic Help
First Steps:
Install and download the driver.
(if issues click installation instructions).

Once the program is running connect the Mic light to the PC with the cable. ​​

​DO NOT FORCE CABLE
​It should look like image and does not fully insert.
It should flash one single time when you connect it to your turned on PC or laptop.

If it doesn't ​Click Won't Flash​

Now wait for the program to interface with the Mic Light this normally takes less than a minute but there is no flash or external sign.
Then go the toolbar in the bottom right and click on "Open Sound Settings" Once it's open the Mic Light should switch on this is how you show you installed and connected the Mic Light correctly.
